REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Sales and Subscription Terms:

The sales of our services are considered final once completed. We strictly adhere to a no-refund and no-cancellation policy for subscribed services. By opting for our paid services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Service Hold and Resumption:

In the event of any issues faced by the subscriber, we offer the option to temporarily hold services. The subscriber can resume the services at their convenience. However, no refunds or cancellations are permitted. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our subscription model.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In rare instances where, after payment, we identify faults or misappropriation in the information provided by the client, and at the sole discretion of Baron Learning, we decide not to provide services, a refund will be issued promptly.

Non-Utilization of Services:

If a client, for unforeseen circumstances, does not utilize the services at the beginning or during the service tenure, the following conditions apply:

  • Services start by default from the next market day following the pa style="text-align: left;"yment date.
  • On written request from the client's registered email, the service duration can be modified or suspended until the client's consent is re style="text-align: left;"ceived for voluntary reactivation.
  • The services can be resumed from the desired date specified by the client, but refund or cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
Client Responsibilities:
  • Clients are encouraged to carefully review all information before subscribing to our services. Once subscribed, adherence to the specified terms, including the no-refund and no-cancellation policy, is assumed.
  • This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Baron Learning. Any modifications will be communicated to clients through appropriate channels.
